Our apartment house is located directly next to the aja Resort. There is a spacious spa area with heated indoor and outdoor pools and various saunas. Your advantage: The entrance to the SPA area with sauna and bathing world as well as fitness in the aja Resort is already included in the travel price. Pick up your sauna towel and bathrobe at the SPA entrance and switch to relaxation mode.
Food and drink
Each vacation apartment is equipped with a kitchen. But sometimes it happens that you return after a strenuous hike and just don't feel like getting into the kitchen and cooking something. Then, fortunately, the restaurant from aja Resort is not far. On request and subject to availability, you have the option here to book the breakfast or dinner buffet in addition.

There is one parking space available per apartment for a fee. The parking lot is located in the underground garage. Cost: 17,00 Euro per night. Subject to availability, additional parking spaces in the underground garage of the aja Resort can also be used for a fee of 17.00 euros per night. Two e-charging stations are located outside.
The aja Garmisch-Partenkirchen is located about 350 meters from the train station.

- Daily 8x bus line 040 (FLiXBUS) from and to Munich (1H 15 min) and Innsbruck (1h 10min)
Check-in starts from 4 pm. Our regular check-out is until 10am. For late check-out we kindly ask you to speak with our receptionist.
