We would like to inform you that our outdoor pool will be closed from September to mid-October due to necessary construction work. We understand that this may mean a constraint and would like to apologise for any inconvenience. All other areas, such as the indoor pool, sauna area, relaxation areas and children's pool can be used without restriction.

Admission to our spa – which has a selection of saunas, pool facilities and a fitness area – is already included in the trip price.
Our 4,000 m² large pool facilities offer great swimming fun for all water fans. Whether going for an extended swim or splashing around with the kids, your spirits are certain to be raised in our indoor and outdoor pools – which feature a great view.
Are you from Warnemünde or are you visiting here and want to enjoy a day full of wellness? Our bathing world, the NIVEA house and the sauna area are also open to day guests.

Your dog is also more than welcome at aja Warnemünde. Please tell us when you make your booking if you are travelling with your dog. For stays of five nights or more, the one-off cost is € 99.00.

Prices for aja Warnemünde do not include tourist tax. Persons from 15 years pay 3.70 €, children up to 5 years are exempt, children between 6 and 14 years pay 1.45 €, arrival and departure days are calculated as full days, use of public transport in the entire area of the VVW (Rostock + district) is included.
Our hotel is a non-smoking hotel. The smoking ban also applies to e-cigarettes and includes the balconies and terraces of the rooms. Smoking is permitted on the publicly accessible terraces.
